Carrots baked in sherry


300 gr Carrots
50 ml Sherry
15 ml (1 tblsp) Honey
50 ml Parsley, finely chopped
2 ml Salt
25 ml Butter


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160’C.
  2. Cut carrots in julienne slices.
  3. Place carrots in a small casserole dish.
  4. Add sherry, honey, parsley and salt.  Finish off with butter.
  5. Cover and bake for 1 hour or till tender.
